One to one Spiritual Direction session, one hour.
Spiritual direction is one-to-one listening with the heart. Theresa listens deeply to the work of God in your life, and helps you to discern your goals in alignment with the direction that God is taking you at this point in your life. Sessions are one hour in length and are held in-person and on-line. Spiritual Direction sessions are private and confidential.
Theresa offers an introductory session for free, to allow the client an opportunity to meet Theresa and to make a decision about working with her on an ongoing basis. Spiritual Directions are monthly, or as needed.
