Be at Peace

Heart Wisdom Community

Would you like to join a community of spiritually mature women and men from many cultures and traditions who are seeking heart wisdom, and supporting each other on the journey deeper into the Wisdom of the Heart? We explore the Wisdom tradition of the Christ consciousness through texts such as The Wisdom Jesus by Cynthia Bourgeault and The Universal Christ by Richard Rohr. Our goal together is to dive deeper into how we live out Wisdom in our lives, in our communities, in greater service to the world.

Members meet on Zoom two times monthly, and have access to the private Facebook group for support and discussion. Members also have access to Theresa via Messanger and email for individual support. $55/month or $495/year (3 months free with yearly subscription). Contact Theresa if you are interested in being a part of this amazing community.

For those of you in SE Wisconsin, Theresa offers an in-person Wisdom group on the fourth Monday of the month. Contact Theresa if you would like to join this free group. Free-will offerings accepted.

Individual Retreat

A retreat offers a time for you to get away from your ordinary life and to step into the world of your amazing spirit. A silent retreat offers a time to explore where God is leading you in your life, and to help you re-orient your life to operate more in alignment with your heart. It is time to become more aware of your relationship with God, with other people, and with the mysterious and beautiful world around us.

Retreat times can vary, from a few hours, to a full weekend, to an 8-day retreat.  In a private retreat I offer various avenues to explore the way Spirit is currently working with you: Stillness, music, movement, art, journaling, silence.

Contact Theresa to discuss a private retreat for yourself.

Embodied Spirituality Retreat

Kathy Ginn, LMT and Theresa Utschig, MAPS, BCC have joined forces to offer the Embodied Spirituality retreat series both in-person and on-line. We explore themes relating spirituality and the body, and how our spirituality is expressed in the physical world through the body. Through the exploration of art, sound, movement, and encounters with nature, retreatants engage with prayer and the body, through stillness, silence, solitude, and surrender into the Divine.

Watch the 4 Rivers Center for Well Being website for upcoming retreat offerings, and to register for an upcoming retreat.
